JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner was superannuated on 30.04.2018 after the University was made a Central University. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain post-retiral dues of the petitioner has not been finalize by the University.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was superannuated on 30.04.2018, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the ViceChancellor of the University who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a maximum period of four moths from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
