S. Case No. 183 of 2019 dated 08.08.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confession made by co-accused persons, namely, Divyank Kumar and Sundram Kumar @ Laddu.

The two other cases in which the petitioner was earlier made accused, he is on bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2019.

S. Case No. 183 of 2019.
