JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 258 gram of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the shop of Rinku Kumar. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid petitioner happens to be the cousin brother of the said Rinku Kumar.

Moreover, the seized quantity comes under the purview of small quantity and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44758 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 in connection with Sri Nagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhepura.
