The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is alleged to be main assailant of the deceased, hence prayer for bail was refused on 30.04.2019. The report of the trial Judge would reveal that the prosecution evidence is already closed now. Evidently, trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12544 of 2020(4) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Nawada.
