The petitioner seeks bail in Tekari P.S. Case no. 170/2015, registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act.

From the house of the petitioner different arms and ammunitions were recovered. No arms and ammunitions were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015. Similarly situated co-accused Chitranjan Singh has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
