JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents herein are not taking the charge of the godown despite the petitioner having retired on 31.01.2016. In view of the limited prayer of the writ petitioner, I direct that the respondent no. 4 shall take over the charge of the godown of the Police Station-Dehri within a period of six weeks from today in the presence of a Magistrate.
The writ petition is disposed of.
