The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 328, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that his daughter, Indu Devi, wife of Birendra Ram, was done to death by her husband and other in-laws. The petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Jalley P.S.
