JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnea C-1 case No. 10 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 113.25 litres of liquor from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for one month, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to cooperate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5711 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea, in connection with Purnea C-1 case No. 10 of 2020, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
