In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Quashing the order dated 10.02.2017 in case No. 4/2017 as contained in Memo No. 281, whereby and where under the Sub-Divisional Officer cum Licensing Officer, Madhora, in light of inspection of PDS Shop of the Petitioner by Manjeet Kumar and Vijay Kumar Tiwari, ordered Cancellation of PDS License [(License No.

16/07 (23/16- new)] of the Petitioner on account of the allegation against the petitioner for supplying kerosene oil, in lesser quantity than the sanctioned quantity than the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2702 of 2023(3) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 sanctioned quantity, to the public.

(ii) To restore the PDS License of the Petitioner bearing Lincense No. 16/07 (23/16- New) which has been cancelled vide order dated 10.02.2017 in Case No. 4/2017 as contained in Memo No. 281, passed by the Sub- Divisional Officer cum Licensing Officer, Madhora.

(iii) To any other reliefs/ to which the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. Without exhausting the remedy of the appeal before the appellate authority the petitioner has approached this Court. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appellate authority in accordance with law.
