2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 123(2), 115(2), 109, 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS
3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of informant's son.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and he got information from co-accused Nirmala Devi with regard to death of his son. As a matter of fact, informant's son committed suicide due to torture meted out by the informant as he had solemnized love
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6524 of 2026(6) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 marriage with co-accused Nikki Devi. Petitioner is maternal uncle of the wife of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he along with other co-accused committed murder of son of the informant. During investigation witnesses have supported the prosecution case. Post mortem report reflects that deceased died due to asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem hanging.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
