The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 333, 385, 384, 379, 353, 283, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, a police office, alleged that one person, Neyaz, came to the P.S. and informed that some villagers on the pretext of collecting contribution snatched money from his possession. The informant and other police officials went to verify the information and came to know that petitioners and others forcibly collected contribution and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9135 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 pelted stones when they saw the police force coming. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21043 of 2019 and order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26142 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
