The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case no. 321/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim. The victim was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The victim also disclosed that it was the petitioner who had kidnapped him and also ill-treated with him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within one year.
