JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " For issuance of writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and demolished the encroachment which is situated at Pilot Baba Ashram and Colony and it is very necessary to demolish. This encroachment for mere freely from Colony and Ashram and same the fundamental right which has been provided under Article 19 of the Constitution of India."
Patna High Court CWJC No.2337 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sasaram at Rohtash i.e. the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon, by the respondent no. 3, within a period of sixteen weeks, thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
