JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-12-2016 Counsel for the Examination Board will take into consideration the statement made in paragraph 4 and 5 in the supplementary affidavit, which has been served upon the Examination Board on 20th December, 2016.

The authenticity of the declaration made, especially paragraph 4, can be re-verified and if it is found to be in order, the authorities will take a decision for grant of affiliation, if not, then they will communicate the reason thereof in specifics as to the reasons why affiliation cannot be granted.
