1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The Court is taking a consistent view that, in the event, if the accused does not surrender within time and no modification application seeking extension is filed within the time of surrender such applications are not being entertained by this Court.

3. In the nature of prayer made in the quashing application, the Court is not inclined to entertain the same.
