The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 703 of 2018, Special Case No. 12332 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s)30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 40 bottles of Royal Stag foreign liquor each containing 375 ml. has been recovered from Hero Honda Splendar Motorcycle. Petitioner has been apprehended with aforesaid Motorcycle. Other person sitting on the Motorcycle managed to run away. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7510 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 703 of 2018, Special Case No. 12332 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
