It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
