Ms.Sharda Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per FIR there is recovery of 343 litres of liquor from bamboo clamp and petitioners and other accused persons are named as the persons who succeeded in fleeing away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier they have not been made accused in similar type of case and they have been made accused only on suspicion and nothing has been recovered from their possession and they are in custody for more than two months.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019, arising out of Special Case No. 1124 of 2019.
