1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no.422 of 2020, registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant who was married to the son of the two petitioners herein is said to have committed suicide as a result of assault and torture by the accused persons including the two petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased have been falsely implicated in the case only because of their relationship. The allegations are false and concocted.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioners who happen to be the father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased who as per the informant committed suicide, the petitioners being in custody for 9 months since 3.8.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no.422 of 2020, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV, Araria.
