The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 108/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/5 of Explosive Substance Act.

Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Other co-accused Vikash Kumar @ Govinda and Munna Khan have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
