Mr.Madhaw Pd. Yadav- Gp23 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to pay salary for the period he has worked.

From Annexure-7, it appears that the salary of the petitioner was stopped on the ground that the petitioner has obtained the job on the basis of a certificate, which is inappropriate.

Consider the order as contained in Annexure-7, no positive direction can be issued in favour of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7154 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya for appropriate decision. In the event, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya comes to a conclusion that the petitioner's appointment is legal and valid and the petitioner has worked for the period he is claiming salary, he is required to take appropriate step so that the petitioner may not be kept in limbo.

With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U
