1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order vide Gyapank No. 1238 dated 09-05-2013 passed by the S. P. Madhubani by which petitioner awarded punishment as two increment was stop for two years which is equivalent three black spot which no effected in salary enhancement in future.
Nothing will be paid during suspension period to the petitioner.
(II) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the salary
Patna High Court CWJC No.2429 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 of the petitioner during suspension period from 09-06-10 to 14-01-2016.
(III) To issuance of appropriate writs/ writs, order/ orders commanding the respondents to pay the aforesaid salary to the petitioner."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court, seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
