The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 325 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the informant. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his wife causing fracture. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S.
