The petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 02.06.2021 at about 3.30 pm informant got information that Mostt. Bhago Devi has expired. On such information informant along with others went there and saw that dead body is lying near the stairs of neighbour Arun Mandal. Informant suspects that accused persons named in the FIR including this petitioner killed Bhago Devi by strangulating her.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. There is general and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.
