The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.268 of 2021 dated 30.01.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62656 of 2021, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners were dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below within six weeks.

Now, the petitioners have renewed their prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23223 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Earlier this application was dismissed as withdrawn on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners but at the time of renewing prayer for bail the learned counsel has been changed and no new ground has been raised.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail once again. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
