Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested on suspicion and his confessional statement was recorded and in his confessional statement, petitioner disclosed that the deceased was killed by some other accused though he participated in disposal of the dead body of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused, Laddu Singh and two others against whom, there is allegation of committing the murder of the deceased, have already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41355 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 34 of 2015 arising out of Puraini P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Madhepura.
