JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) Date : 19-02-2019 The grievance of the petitioners is that though the respondents have taken a decision for creation of Nadwan Block out of the existing Dhanarua Block in the district of Patna but have not acted upon the decision which was taken as back as in the year 2013 as manifest from the letter dated 23.01.2013 of the District Magistrate addressed to the Special Secretary, Rural Development Department.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1124 of 2018 dt.19-02-2019 2/2 Instead of awaiting a counter affidavit on the issue raised, we deem it proper to direct the respondent no.3, the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in the backdrop of the recommendation of the District Magistrate contained in his letter dated 23.01.2013 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
