The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The mother of the deceased made very specific allegation that her son Krishna Manjhi shot dead her younger son Kanhai Manjhi. She further alleged that the deceased had altercation with his wife and for that Krishna Manjhi, Rohan Manjhi and his wife Chando Devi had threatened to kill him. It is submitted that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner Rohan Manjhi @ Rohan Ravidas. Similarly situated co-accused Chando Devi has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8841 of 2014.
