JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent and is cooling his heels behind the bar since 08.05.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.44 of 2015.
