In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Piyar (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the police received information that the group of persons are involved in selling theft motor cycle, on that basis, the police raised the house of the petitioner and from there, theft motor cycle has been recovered.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
