Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504. 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42011 of 2022. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20596 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
