2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.1156 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 12.01.2024 due to oversight in place of "Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Patna" it has been wrongly typed as "Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Jehanabad", therefore, the same may be corrected and it may be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17479 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 read as "Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Patna".

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, paragraph no.2 in the order dated 12.01.2024 is accordingly corrected and the same be read as "Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Patna" in place of "Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Jehanabad".
