The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 25 (1-B) A, 26, 27,35 of the Arms Act and under section 10/13/16(B), 18, 19, 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended and one Dabiya and Nokia mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur in Deoriya P.S.
