The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was going along with his daughter the accused persons were singing filthy song. Some altercation took place on such the accused persons assaulted the informant and his daughter. One Lal Babu Paswan is said to have died but the informant did not disclose the fact that Lal Babu Paswan got any injury on account of assault. The informant did not disclose who assaulted Lal Babu Paswan. Omnibus and general allegation is made against all the accused persons. Similarly situated accused Suresh Paswan, Ranjan Paswan and Mithun Paswan have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 64/2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
