2. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner relies on the representation dated 26.06.2008 (Annexure-2) as the basis for challenging the impugned order.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is pursuing a stale claim as no effective steps are shown to have been taken after 2008. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
