2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 132, 74, 352, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. According to FIR, Trishul Singh @ Akash Singh was an accused in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2022. The police were searching for him. In course of search, the police came to the house of the petitioners. Allegedly, the accused persons named in the FIR assaulted the police personnel, as a result of which, some of them sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6172 of 2025(6) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 submitted that Trishul Singh @ Akash Singh, whom the police were searching for in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2022, has been exonerated by the investigating authorities. The petitioner has been granted bail in that case. He has further submitted that the three cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition have been lodged at the behest of Malti Devi, who is a Chaukidar in the police station and those cases were lodged against the petitioners and other accused persons by the relatives of Malti Devi. He has also submitted that the injuries sustained are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC-20, Saran in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
