The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.194 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and recovery of illicit liquor has been made from his joint house, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
