This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 532 of 2021 under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The bail application was earlier rejected on 11.8.2022 on merit after taking into account that Rahul Kumar was apprehend and on his confession not only the dead body of the 6 year old child was recovered he also gave the name of this petitioner.

Nothing new has come on the record to give a fresh look to the bail application and the same is accordingly, rejected.
