2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 427 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is one of the assailants of the victim who has given stab wound. The injury report supports the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11404 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-5th Saran, Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 427 of 2021, subject to the conditions that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
