JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 17.9.2019, passed in CWJC No. 19083 of 2019, has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra has rejected the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license by a reasoned order dated 2.2.2024, passed in Arms License Case No. 52 /2018.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 2.2.2024, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are
