This application has been filed for review of the judgment and order of this Court dated 4.4.2017 passed in CWJC No.415 of 2017, whereby the writ petition was dismissed.

The issue raised by the petitioner herein are issues which has been argued and taken into consideration in the judgment and order under review and does not warrant indulgence.
