JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 01 of 2020, arising out of Kursakanta P. S. Case No. 01 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR, there is recovery of 21 litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for one month and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
