The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143,427 of the Indian Penal Code, 314 of the Explosive Substances Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is alleged by the Block Panchayat Raj Officer, Sangrampur, that he heard sound of explosion twice then he went towards the Block Office and found that thousands of extremists fleeing away and the Block office was badly damaged due to explosion. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of Sanjay Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from

Parade and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 7 of the petition and others have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 12215 of 2010 and 21365 of 2011.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on T. I. Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Adhoc A.D.J. VIII, Munger, in connection with G.R. No. 1759 of 2009, Sessions Trial no. 394 of 2010, arising out of Sangrampur P.S. 76 of 2009. Learned court below will be liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner if the petitioner gets substantially involved in some serious nature of offence.
