The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3/4/5 of Explosive Substance Act and different sections of Unlawful Activities Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He was arrested on mere suspicion. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 94 of 2015.
