JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from the first information report that a cross firing took place between the police and so-called nuxlites and after that, petitioner and some others were arrested from a field and it is alleged that one live cartridge was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
