2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the proceeding bearing Jamabandi Case No. 56/2014-15 pending before Additional Collector, Patna as the same is illegal and initiated on nonest grounds.

(ii) In consequence thereof, the respondent authorities be directed to not to

Patna High Court CWJC No.13642 of 2016(3) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 interfere with the Jamabandi running in the name of petitioners and also not to interfere with the peaceful possession of petitioners over their lands. (iii) For any other writ/writs, order/orders which the petitioners may found to be entitled in the facts of the case."
