2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 278 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section(s) 103(i) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. Nobody has been named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in his own confession and confession of other co-accused. The person who was identified wearing a particular T-shirt in the CCTV was alleged to have committed the occurrence. The confession of the petitioner led the arrest of that person and recovery of that T-shirt.

4. Considering the nature of involvement of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined at present to grant bail to the

5. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial does not proceed within six months.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
