The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The police got information that Santosh Mishra, a dreaded criminal, was smuggling Ganja and he was standing near Makrampur Chowk. The police apprehended Santosh Mishra and from his possession 2 kg. Ganja was recovered. Santosh Mishra alleged that the petitioner made available Ganja to him. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
