2. The present petition has been preferred for :- "That this application is for Issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/Order(s) or direction(s) and thereby to Issue a writ in nature of 'certiorari' to quash the order dated 12.7.2017 passed by Mr. K.P.

Ramalah Learned member Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna In B.L.T. Case No.1303/2015 by which the learned Administrative member has dismissed the application of the petitioner and thereby affirmed the order dated 5.8.2015 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14342 of 2017(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 learned Additional Collector, Khagarla in Jamabandi Creation Appeal Case No.38/2013-14 as well as the order dated 8/3/2013 passed by the learned D.C.L.R.

Gogrl (Khagaria) in Jamabandi creation Case No. 06/2009-10 by which the application for creation of Jamabandi of the petitioner has been rejected."

3. An rebutted counter affidavit of the respondents no. 2 to 4 is on record. The learned GP-14 has taken this Court to paragraph no.5 to show that the petitioner do not have any right title in the land acquisition return filed by the land lord and the learned BLT also took note that Jamabandi could not cancelled in such a manner rather taking its consideration by the competent civil court. The claim of the petitioner is that he is having the land in question since last century. In that background, he is well advised to give a serious consideration to the observation of Bihar Land Tribunal and approach the competent civil court for redressal of his grievance.

4. Granting such liberty, this petition stands disposed off.
