The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2022 registered under Section 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 776 of 2023, 73360 of 2022 and 72703 of 2022 on 07.02.2023, 24.01.2023 and 13.01.2023 respectively. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9411 of 2023(3) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
